When Infinite Group set out to create a healthier, more inspiring workspace for its 120+ person team in Nijmegen, the goal wasn’t to fix something broken. It was to raise the bar.
With a young, international workforce (27 nationalities and counting), Infinite Group already offered standout office perks—a gym, wellness programs, and a dynamic lunch culture. But when Facility Coordinator Jessica Kosdi spotted Aquablu on LinkedIn, she saw an opportunity to elevate the everyday: by making hydration more exciting, more sustainable, and more aligned with their culture.
DE UITDAGING
Sodas at lunch. Not much else.

Before Aquablu, hydration options were limited:
Coffee and tea were always available
Bottled sodas (Lipton iced tea, Coca-Cola) were only offered during lunch
No healthy, cold, or flavored options throughout the day
No system to promote hydration as a shared habit
Sustainability ambitions weren’t yet reflected in drink offerings

Infinite Group introduced Aquablu not just as a beverage upgrade—but as a reflection of their office values. It quickly became a focal point in the office, appreciated for both its look and its function.

Installed one Aquablu REFILL+ unit, replacing soda bottles
Offered still, sparkling, and vitamin-infused flavored water with zero calories and natural ingredients
Rolled out popular flavors like Balance (pomegranate) and Unwind (mango)
Created a hydration habit people actually looked forward to
Eliminated plastic waste from bottled drinks and aligned with company sustainability goals

Hydration went up. So did energy.
Aquablu became a hit from day one. What started as a facilities decision quickly evolved into a cultural perk employees rely on and talk about.

Daily use: Employees loved it so much, they even learned how to refill and maintain it themselves.

Infinite Group didn’t install Aquablu because they had to. They did it because it made sense—for their people, their culture, and their goals. Now, it’s one of the most-used and most-loved features in the office.
